NEW YORK FILM & TELEVISION PRODUCTION TAX CREDIT
All of our soundstages are qualified for NY Film Tax Credit
If you are producing a feature film, pilot, or a television series, you may be eligible for a fully refundable base line credit of 30% or ore of qualified production costs incurred in New York State. Be Electric Studios is a Level 2 Qualified Production Facility (QPF), participating in the NY Film Production Tax Credit Program.

Be Electric Studios was started in 2014 by a small group of Bushwick based photographers and filmmakers, and was built in the DIY spirit of the NYC production community to provide affordable video studio rentals and photo studio rentals in Brooklyn. Since acquiring New York Level 2 Qualified Production Facility soundstage status for the NY Film Production Tax Credit, we have become one of NYC’s premier film & television video stages as well.
